A Gem of an Easter Menu at Topaz

Celebrate Easter at Topaz on March 31 with a special seasonal menu. Starting with a light sabayon and caviar followed by carpaccio of red snapper, dressed with olive oil, truffle sauce and more caviar. Roast seasonal rack of French spring lamb with a herb crust, served with garlic purée, sautéed green beans and spinach à la crème makes a tempting main, finished off with refreshing, sharp individual tarte au citron déstructuré for dessert. This four course set meal ($50) is only available this Sunday.
