Cafe de la Paix comes to the Regency Cafe
The Hotel InterContinental’s Regency Café is paying tribute to Paris’ Café de la Paix from Mar. 1 to 31. Throughout the month the Regency Café’s culinary team is showcasing some of the signature dishes which have ensured the enduring popularity of the Café de la Paix for over 150 years. Traditional French dishes such as cheese-topped onion soup, beef tartare and fois gras with pears and red port. Dishes start at $6.50.
The Café de la Paix was established in the Hotel de la Paix (later to become the InterContinental Paris le Grand Hotel) in May 1862. Since then it has become a Parisian institution, steeped in Second Empire luxury, it is internationally renowned for its classic French cuisine.
