NagaWorld is ushering in the auspicious Golden Chinese New Year of the dog with festive menus, spectacular entertainment line-ups, special promotions and giveaways, available until Mar. 4.

The award-winning Fortune Palace Chinese restaurant and the newly opened Hall of Golden Chimes are serving sumptuous Prosperity Yee Sang, a quintessential Chinese New Year appetiser dish of fresh raw fish salad, featuring either salmon, tuna or clams. Dine-in or takeaway with the option of topping up with lobster or geoduck clam sashimi. Prosperity Yee Sang requires some interaction on behalf of the diners. Known as Prosperity Tossing, the plate of neatly arranged ingredients are mixed together by tossing them high with chopsticks, accompanied by Chinese blessings, to welcome the Lunar New Year. The higher the ingredients are tossed, the greater the blessings for the coming year. Meanwhile in the Hall of the Golden Chimes, Poon Choi restaurant is offering a traditional Chinese seafood casserole signifying abundance and affluence, bursting with ingredients such as lobster, abalone, sea cucumber and scallops. Fortune Palace has two Prosperity Set Menus for up to 10 people, making it the ideal choice for larger groups of family, friends or colleagues. Fortune Palace, Hall of Golden Chimes and Chopstick each have their own chef’s signature selection of Chinese cuisine. Sticky rice cakes and an assortment of Chinese New Year cookies will be available in the Lobby Lounge and Food Pavilion. NagaWorld’s team of international entertainers will be performing a Chinese New Year Highlight Show, featuring stunning choreographed performances at the Lobby Stage, 7pm daily throughout the festive season, accompanied by The God of Fortune Parade is featuring Golden Boy and Jade Girl mascots and lucky golden packets. During the festive season NagaWorld is offering many seasonal deals on rooms, reward clubs, spa treatments, and food and drink to celebrate the new lunar year of the golden dog.
