Do Forni Italian restaurant hosts the launch of Wolf Blass Winery onto the Cambodian market with the debut of new Executive Chef, Craig Nappers, both hailing from Australia. The five-course set menu features many ingredients from Australia and showcases Craig’s skills, each dish carefully partnered with premium wines from the Wolf Blass vineyards.
Attended by Wolf Blass’ S.E.A. G.M. Andrew O’Brien, the dinner highlights the full-flavoured wines from one of Australia’s most successful Wineries.
