Brio Exclusive Italian Artichoke Menu

This spring is a seasonal affair at Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa’s Italian restaurant Brio, with a special à la carte menu inspired by Italy’s finest artichokes, available from Mar. 11 to Apr. 21.

The Italian Artichokes Menu pays tribute to the Roman artichoke, which only grows from late February to early May and is one of the most appreciated varieties out of over 50 types found in Italy.

The seasonal menu comprises four irresistible dishes, each infused with sought after seafood.

– Salad of Italian braised artichokes dressed in their own cooking liquor, with crisp Parma ham and king prawn, for B880 net.

– Velvet veloute from Roman artichokes, calamari and squid ink, finished with a few drops of lemon oil, for B400 net.

– Carnaroli risotto with parmesan and artichokes, a lightly seared langoustine tail with cherry tomato confit and blood orange, for B1,120 net.

– Maine lobster poached in shellfish broth, scented with fresh ginger, oyster leaf and hand pressed lobster oil, for B1,650 net.

The Italian Artichoke Menu will be served daily at Brio restaurant for both lunch (11.30am to 2.30pm) and dinner (6pm to 10.30pm).
