David Thompson Wine Dinner at Hua Hin Hills

Nahm Restaurant’s David Thompson will be cooking up a storm at Hua Hin Hills Vineyard’s The Sala Wine Bar and Bistro on Mar. 29. The exclusive wine dinner is part of the celebrations of the tenth anniversary of Monsoon Valley wines. The dinner with Monsoon Valley wine pairing costs B1,800 (B1,600 for members).

Thompson’s London outlet was the first Thai restaurant to receive a Michelin Star.

The wine dinner follows the Hua Hin Hills Harvest season 2013 that runs until Mar. 24, where visitors can pick their own fresh grapes, ride around the vineyard on an elephant, juice their own grapes by stomping in the wooden wine barrel. There will also be live jazz concerts every weekend throughout the season, while The Sala Wine Bar and Bistro has a specially prepared menu to tickle your taste buds.
