Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa, Trader Vic’s Sunday Brunch has been spiced up with some new Thai treats by Iron Chef Thailand Chumpol Jangprai.
Book a table in Trader Vic’s private tropical garden with a relaxing view of Bangkok’s majestic Chao Phraya River, or in the Polynesian inspired dining room, where a tasteful collection of antique tribal masks and tiki carvings are joined by exotic tapa cloth, animal print cushions and woven grass wall coverings, in addition to indigenous artifacts such as woven fish traps and hand hewn canoes. Now you can enjoy a Thai corner of specialty regional dishes, crafted by Chumpol Jangprai.
