Oyster, champagne and stargazing, luxury dining and intimate evenings at the Intercontinental Hua Hin Resort
The InterContinental Hua Hin resort has a wide range of upscale wining and dining deals and memorable culinary adventures in February.
Throughout the month, seafood restaurant, Azure, is celebrating the finesse of French dining, with the very best caviar from France combined with the freshest seafood catch. Imagine caviar on Thai red snapper and gravlax imbued with orange and coriander marinade, and you will not be disappointed.
Bubbly Brunch Sundays allow guests to enjoy carefully selected sparkling wines and champagnes alongside fresh oysters, sumptuous foie gras and premium Wagyu beef. Alternatively, for a less formal yet equally indulgent dining experience, enjoy a beachside barbecue every Saturday night, featuring the freshest and most succulent seafood the Gulf of Thailand has to offer. As the sun sets, let the expert team of mixologists craft some classic Martinis, shaken not stirred of course.
February will also showcase authentic and masterfully prepared Northern Thai food at the Pirom restaurant, as well as afternoons of international tea tasting surrounded by the impressive 1920s style architecture and colonial era jazz music of Lee La bar.
On Valentine’s Day, with Executive Chef Patrick of Azure will serve up a specially created six-course seafood set menu complete with lavish caviar accompaniments and the finest Bollinger champagne, while romantic diners at Felicita can expect an evening of ambient al fresco dining featuring dishes such as oyster ‘frappuccino’ and duck liver flan.
February’s luxury dining experiences at InterContinental Hua Hin will come to a crescendo on the Feb. 25, with a sophisticated celebration of the full moon. Guests will enjoy Veuve Clicquot Champagne alongside foie gras, oysters and lobster whilst enjoying the spectacular views from Azure Rooftop Bar, or from a private cabana on the beachfront.
A royally-inspired heritage hotel, run by the international InterContinental group, the resort features beachfront villas as well as the stately La Residence, a 480sqm, two-storey Rama VI period beachfront house which dates back to the 1920s.
