Thanyapura Introduces 3D Coaching Revolution
Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club has announced an innovative approach to the pursuit of sporting excellence by offering 3D coaching focusing on mind, body and soul to athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities.
With clients ranging from sports enthusiasts to world record holders and Olympians, Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club offers the highest standard of professional sports coaching in world class sports facilities, complimented by non-physical training at the Thanyapura Mind Centre to develop mental fortitude and emotional balance.
These two approaches to training are framed by the individualised health programmes offered by Thanyapura Integrative Health Centre for an all around approach to a healthy, active lifestyle.
“Guests at Thanyapura are aspiring to a wide range of different goals such as attaining a healthier lifestyle, improving sports performance and fitness levels, reducing anxiety and managing stress,” says Thanyapura President Robert Hauck.
“Our new trisected approach to personal development supports the Thanyapura mission to deliver unrivalled levels of coaching to educate, guide, motivate, train and nurture our guests to help them achieve their own personal goals at their own pace in a challenging yet positive environment.”
Thanyapura Sports and Leisure Club has a wide variety of programmes with clients being given the freedom to select the most appropriate training system for them based on their individual requirements. Physical programmes include a tennis improvement course, a triathlon training course, and a swimming development course as well as sports performance camps aimed at children which will take place in July.
Meanwhile the team at Thanyapura Mind Centre offers mental development programmes to cultivate Concentration and Meditative Insight which increases sporting stamina, focus, emotional balance and wellbeing led by Mind Centre teacher Andreas Capellari.
The Thanyapura project was completed with the opening of the 77 room Sports Hotel in November 2012 which has been receiving a stream of Olympic teams, athletes and sports enthusiasts from around the globe.
Hauck says guests could find themselves rubbing shoulders with a who’s who of world sport. “We have recently hosted world record holders and Olympic champions from the British, Dutch, and Italian national swimming teams, who were here at TSLC for high performance tune-up sessions. But at the other end of the spectrum, we are now getting around 10 Korean honeymoon couples a week, who want to do Muay Thai sessions or yoga.”
