The LAB Doomsday Donation
The LAB recently donated B75,000 from their November Doomsday fundraising event to Karunyawet Home for the Disabled. The donation will help provide residential care and occupational support to people with disabilities who have been abandoned or neglected by their families, and are enable to care for themselves.
“Doomsday” was a recent fundraising event where all the LAB Rats joined for a workout marathon to help raise money for people with disabilities.
The LAB is a exciting concept totally new to fitness training in Bangkok, kitted out with state of the art fitness training equipment from Olympic bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, ViPR and free motion to Big Tyre, ceiling ropes and gymnastic rings.
