Saigon Café will be featuring an American themed buffet every Saturday in November. There will be a selection of sumptuous dishes including Cajun spiced shrimp and roast yellow pepper cocktail, avocado and crab meat salad, New York corn and seafood chowder, the Jambalaya, Louisiana style braised seafood in fragrant rice, oysters “Bienville”, seared foie gras with pineapple jam, roasted whole turkey with Rosemary Jus and Barley Timbale; and roasted beef prime rib, black pepper and dark beer sauce. The mouth-watering desserts with U.S style will also satisfy your appetite with CF raisin cherry crumble, cheesecake with raspberry compote, pumpkin crème brûlée, and apple peanut butter cake.
