Golden Mile’ Wines from Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro at Reflections

Wine lovers who’ve dreamed of touring the vineyards of Spain’s legendary Ribera del Duero will get their wish this April, as the Caravelle Hotel presents the wines of Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro in a four-course dinner at Reflections Restaurant.

Conducted by Mr. Ignacio Arzuaga, the dinner starts at 7:30pm with a youthful La Planta Tempranillo served with home-smoked salmon red wine risotto, salmon caviar and crème fraiche. An Arzuaga Tino Crianza from 2010 is paired with slow-cooked pork cheek with spiced sausage and creamed cabbage for the second course; followed by a third course of sous vide lamb leg with roast romaine lettuce, enjoyed with the highlights of the evening: Arzuaga Tinto Reserva and Arzuaga Tinto Gran Reserva. Diners will finish off this culinary journey with a decadent dark chocolate mousse and white chocolate rosemary sorbet together with their choice of freshly brewed premium coffee or tea.
