Rustic French Favorites at Reflections
From July 13 to 19, Reflections invites you to re-experience the rustic dishes that are at the heart of one of the world’s most refined culinary traditions. Reflections’ Head Chef Darren Watson presents an a la carte menu of time-honored recipes from the French countryside, such as roast lamb leg with ratatouille, fisherman stew with country bread, and pork rillettes. Classic French desserts such as mini crème brulee, floating meringue islands and a selection of French cheeses round out the weeklong menu.

A three-course ‘Cuisine de Campagne’ menu, including coffee or tea and assorted sweets is priced at VND 1,000,000++.
