Easter at Sofitel Saigon

Sofitel Saigon Plaza will have a special Easter Sunday brunch and signature offers of handcrafted chocolate eggs and bunnies this Easter Sunday, 31 March, from 11.30am until 3pm.

Café Rivoli restaurant is offering an Easter menu in addition to its regular Sunday bunch, featuring a selection created to please all tastes, such as lobster, home-cured salmon, French oysters, assorted sushi and maki roll, and grilled beef tenderloin. The executive chef will also be performing at his a-la-minute food station to highlight white asparagus freshly imported from France.

For the sweet-inclined, their will also be an ‘Easter chocolate masterpiece’, a temptation array of French cheese cakes and ice cream with a variety of topping choices. Wine, beer and soft drinks are served unlimited to complete the meal.

The Easter brunch at Café Rivoli costs VND 850,000 per adult including soft drinks and iced tea, or VND 1,200,000 with free flow wine and Champagne Billecart Salmon Brut Non-Vintage. Children receive a 50 percent discount.

For those who cannot resist the lure of chocolate, the Lobby Easter Chocolate Crafted Masterpiece will be displayed on 30 and 31 March. The Sofitel’s award-wining pastry chef Phạm Ngọc Hải has added something extra delicious to the chocolate selections at Gourmand Shop, with chocolate Easter cake, hot-cross buns, Easter cookies and handcrafted chocolate Easter eggs and bunnies.
