Family and Fine-dining Festivities at Reflections

The Christmas season glows with inviting gourmet delights at Reflections. Tucked away above the twinkling lights of Lam Son Square, Reflections presents two sensational menus for the holidays. Let the mellow strains of a live jazz band as well as flutes of fine champagne soothe you as you embark on a culinary Christmas adventure.  

On Christmas Eve, Chef Darren Watson will present a five-course menu with a choice of butter-poached turkey breast with glazed winter vegetables or roasted salmon fillet with capsicum chutney for the main course. Vanilla mille feuille, marinated Stilton cheese and traditional fruit cake are a few of the sweet treats that follow.

On New Year’s Eve, Reflections’ lays its tables for the last meal of the year with duck liver croquettes, Nha Trang lobster and US beef tenderloin playing starring roles. A seven-layer vanilla, coffee, lime and walnut dacquoise ends an exquisite five-course line-up, capped perfectly with a coffee course and hand-rolled chocolate truffles.  

The whole family is invited to join the fun this year, as Reflections is also serving Children’s Set Dinners to delight youngsters with mini-menus, Christmas cookies, hot chocolate and more.

Reflections’ Christmas Eve Dinner is priced at VND 1,880,000++ and its New Year’s Eve Dinner at VND 2,280,000++, both accompanied by a flute of champagne.
