From the humble acorn grows the most coveted Spanish pig around
The season of Spain comes to Park Hyatt Saigon with Iberico pork in May. Prepared by talented Chef Soren Lascelles, in collaboration with La Prudencia, Square One hosts a first ever five-course dinner on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 7:00 pm,featuring this new pig from the block. Otherwise known as “Pata Negra” or the “Black-Foot”, this not-so-pink pig is at the top of the porcine food chain delivering flavour and texture like no other — delicate, nutty, with melt-in-your-mouth marbling. Embodying an earthy Spanish essence, the black Iberian pig is the newest contender with the most serious pedigree that will leave guests yearning for more.
Those unable to enjoy the exclusive dinner, will still be able to experience a selection of dishes made from this renowned pig for the entire month of May on the set dinner menu in Square One.

Admission to the La Prudencia Iberico Pork dinner is VND 2,300,000, including wines, per person, subject to 5% service charge and 10% VAT. Advance reservations are suggested as space will be limited.
