Please note La Brasserie de Saigon has closed
La Brasserie de Saigon is the latest addition to the Le Bouchon portfolio, with Iron Chef David Thai behind the menu. A very French restaurant with huge mirrors adorn the walls, soft lighting creates an intimate atmosphere, and large windows provide views of the busy Dong Du-Hai Ba Trung intersection. White tablecloths and dark wood furniture contribute to an air of elegance, and a winding staircase leads to a second floor fitted with plush booths and Parisian-style lamp posts. There is also a fresh seafood cart positioned next to the front door, allowing customers to see exactly what they will be getting. La Brasserie de Saigon menu features a wide range of traditional French dishes, with an emphasis on seafood, all of which is fresh from Nha Trang.

I have come to many French restaurants, but this restaurant has nice view (of course), the food in the restaurant is good, i like the way the waiter serve sea food to me, and the seafood is fresh, “Oyster”
We try their new menu and it’s very good, they changed the quantity and we couldn’t finish our dishes.
I love how they expose the seafood outside the restaurant, they keep it fresh and the taste was wonderful.
will come back to try your Chief’s recommandations 😉
I like the atmosphere in this restaurant, they use color candle to make the restaurant more romantic, set menu is absolutely stunning.
Next time I will bring my son and my daughter to this restaurant!!!
