Michelin-star Chef Christopher Coutanceau at Reflections

A rare opportunity for culinary enthusiasts in Saigon presents itself this January, as Michelin-star Chef Christopher Coutanceau, holder of two Michelin stars at his namesake restaurant in La Rochelle, cooks a gourmet a la carte menu at the Caravelle Hotel. Reflections Restaurant will welcome the renowned French chef-who trained with culinary legends such as Michel Guerard and Ferran Adria-from January 8 to 12. For diners at Reflections, Chef Coutanceau has prepared an a la carte menu, a four-course degustation menu, as well as a testing menu featuring an appetizer of caramelized seared scallops and coral lobster sauce, a main course of tuna and vegetables piperade with grilled sardine tapenade and a pineapple ravioli with lychee ice cream, passion fruit sorbet and angel wings for dessert.

During the event, fashion designer Pascale Valery Tung Lam will also showcase 30 of her inspired dresses. Last but not least will be an exhibition about fashion, art and gastronomy of Mr. Jean LucPechinot, a famous French photographer. Guests are all welcome to enjoy the great works at the private room of Reflections Restaurant.
