Mighty Mouse announced as headliner for Quest Festival
Thousands of revellers will gather for the return of a unique arts and music festival next month.
Quest Festival celebrates its fifth year from Friday, 6 November, to Sunday, 8 November, at Son Tinh, a 40 minute drive from Hanoi.
The festival has blossomed from a handful of friends to one of Vietnam’s biggest cross-cultural events, this year boasting a top class DJ line up including Mighty Mouse, Belitu and Ikono.
Throughout the weekend more than 80 local and international acts will play across four stages amid mountainous ranges and on the shores of a pristine lake.
Vietnamese composer Vun Nhat Tan will launch the party followed by a tasty spectrum of genres such as indie rock, metal, electronica and psychobilly.
This year’s ‘Monster Quest’ theme encourages people to dress in their weirdest outfits, so expect to see strange ghouls strutting through the array of workshops, dancing competitions and poetry slams.
Tickets are priced at VND 500,000 (US$22) for a single day ticket or VND 900,000 (US$40) for a three day ticket and a range of accommodation options are on offer.
