New World Saigon Hotel launches Themed Dim Sum Menu

New World Saigon Hotel invites guests to enjoy a themed dim sum menu at Dynasty. From 18 to 30 June, Chef Ho will be creating four types of specialty dim sum menus featuring a choice of seafood, meat, poultry and vegetables.

Highlights on the seafood themed menu include seafood dumpling soup with shrimp, scallops, fish and bamboo piths, shrimp dumplings, and deep-fried squid balls.  The meat menu features pork dumplings with chives in superior stock, pan-fried onion pancakes with lamb, and crispy spring rolls with bacon, bamboo shoots and XO chili sauce. The poultry menu is home to such delicacies as ostrich dumplings with Chinese celery, pigeon dumplings with black mushrooms, pine nuts and chili sauce, and crispy spring rolls with duck and five spicy sauces.  The vegetarian menu highlights include spinach dumplings with gingko nuts and garlic, bean curd dumplings with Chinese parsley and Pan-fried onion pancakes.
