The first Food Week Saigon will showcase some of Vietnam’s well known chefs and restaurants for a week of eats & drinks through a series of events partnering with industry leaders.
Developed by Chu Hospitality Company, Nosh FWS [Food Week Saigon] will start on
Monday November 16th till Sunday November 22nd, bringing together culinary professionals in Vietnam to share their passion with the city.
Offering “a la minute” which is a supper club hosted at Grain Cooking Studio for 5 days during the week with 15 chefs from 15 different restaurants and venues.
Get to discover one of the most unique dinner experience with 3 guest chefs each evening, signature dishes and beverage pairing.
Participating restaurants will be offering a special discovery dish or set menu for the week.
For one of the first times, cross promotion and partnerships between all the restaurants to discover the flavors and food identity of each venue.
GRAIN is not your usual cooking class. Luke Nguyen’s take on cooking classes is to show guests that anybody can cook and to demystify Vietnamese cuisine, so you will gain a new-found confidence that will make you want to cook more at home.
Any guest and food lover can attend series of cooking classes all along the week ranging from Vietnamese cuisine, to Italian classes or even Spanish.
