Quan Mama Lam with Lam's mother's homemade, hand-pressed tofuQuan Mama Lam is the newest venture by serial entrepreneur and socialite, Lam Burrage. It’s a collaboration across 2 generations, with the central feature of the menu being Lam’s mother’s homemade, hand-pressed tofu. The freshly made tofu forms the basis for classic noodle dishes like bun Bo hue and bun moc.

The menu is simple, as is the decor and the setup, with rustic low wooden tables and chairs. The dining room is open air, with a small terrace outside. Upstairs has higher tables to cater to the expat crowd.

Lam and her mother are justly proud of their artisanal tofu,which is married with fresh herbs, grilled pork, homemade meatballs and different noodles to create the eclectic menu. The tofu is for sale so patrons can enjoy mama Lam (and her mama’s) delicious tofu at home as well.
