Let 07 culinary masters from all over the world guide you through the beautiful feast of “Saigon Gastronomy Week” hosted by Le Méridien Saigon this early October.
The program is a culinary journey inclusive of daily cooking classes alternatively hosted by the chefs themselves, lunches, dinners, a weekend brunch, Chef Battle Night and Chic Dinner. Most of the activities will be happening in Bamboo Chic Restaurant located on 9th floor with panoramic view of Saigon River and Ho Chi Minh City. One of the main highlights of the series is Chef Battle Night on Friday, 06th October 2017 where three pairs of chef will create their own recipe of main course from a secret ingredient selected by Le Méridien Saigon’s Executive Chef, Frederic Meynard. The participants will be able to enjoy extraordinary four-course set menu and watch these masters perform their skills live on stages.
Within six days from 3rd October to 8th October 2017, culinary lovers will have the chances to experience the finest taste of high-end cuisine prepared by 05 Michelin Chefs flying all the away from France including Hervé Rodriguez, Jean-Baptiste Natali, Thierry Drapeau, Jean-Pierre Jacob, Jacques Pourcel and 02 celebrity chefs including Alain Caron from Amsterdam, Netherlands and Didier Corlou from Hanoi, Vietnam.
